At the Sri Aurobindo Society, we understand that circumstances may arise which require participants to cancel their bookings. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following Cancellation and Refund Policy:

​Cancellation Policy:

• If you cancel your booking:

  • 50% of the total charges paid are non-refundable.

• If you cancel before:

  • If you cancel your booking before 30 days before the program commencement date, you're entitled to a refund of 75% of the booking amount.

• ​If canceled less than 30 days and before 24 hours:

  • If you cancel your booking less than 30 days before the program and before 24 hours, a 50% refund will be processed.

In case of an emergency, if a participant needs to leave the program early, no refunds will be issued.

Refund Process:

• Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving your cancellation request.​

• By booking a program with the Sri Aurobindo Society, participants agree to abide by this Cancellation and Refund Policy. 

• The "Sri Aurobindo Society" reserves the right to modify or amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
